France and America are still friends. We've been allies for over two hundred years!
It's our respective governments that are bickering and some people join in out of ignorance.
BTW, I am jealous your are shopping for a suppressor (silencer). In the socialist State of Kaliforniastan they are not allowed. I'll post and link you.
